Tuition
Fees paid at the time of enrollment:
- Registration: A non-refundable fee of $150/ child must accompany the enrollment form to ensure a spot.
- Securiity Deposit1: A one-time deposit, equal to $1000.
- Testing Fees (prospective students): KG & 1st - $75, 2nd – 5th Grade - $150
- Annual Supply Fees2: Per the schedule according to the program
Non-refundable August fee (1/2 of monthly tuition) is due before April 1, 2025. Supply fees are due by May 1,2025.

Security Deposit
A minimum 30-day written notice of permanent withdrawal from the school, while your child is still in attendance, must be given to get the refund of the security deposit (Withdrawal is effective only from the first day of the month after 30 days and not from other days of the month). The security deposit can be applied towards last month’s tuition after the notice of withdrawal has been given.
Supply Fees
These are non-refundable annual fees and cover consumable class supplies, arts and craft supplies, online resource subscriptions, books, hardware, and software, testing fee, snacks, and field trips.
Important Information
- The tuition fees are due and payable on the 1st of the month. A late fee of 5% of the tuition amount will be added to the payments after the 5th of the month.
- Returned checks carry a minimum of $30.00 charge and $10 for ACH returns.
- The tuition fee is not pro-rated if your child is sick; or on vacation; or if the school is closed due to weather-related closings or holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, inclement weather days, and Spring Break), emergency-related closings mandated by the state/local government/DHS, like a pandemic.
- Families will receive a 10% tuition discount for the second child enrolled and a 15% tuition discount for the third child enrolled, on the lower tuition amount.

Late Pickup fee:
$25 per half hour late fee is charged for pick up after 12:15, 3:00 pm & 3:30pm. Each additional hour after it is $20.
After 6:00 pm it is $20 for the first 10 minutes & $2 per minute thereafter, will be charged.
